Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation and the current restrictions on street festivals in Chicago, we are postponing MOTOBLOT #7 until June 24 – 27, 2021.
Purchased tickets for 2020 will be honored at the 2021 event, or you can request a refund from Gold Coast Tickets.
On the bright side, we teaming up with our friends from the Chicago Drive-In of Bridgeview, IL to bring you a very special “Socially Distanced / Masked Required” Rally on August 30th, 2020. We Hope to See You There!!
The word “Blot” — meaning a gathering for worship or with sacrifice — has its origins in ancient Norse-Pagan culture. A Blot was a gathering with sacrifice… MOTOBLOT is a celebration of motorcycle and hot rod culture, where the bikes, the builders, the fashion and the music all come together.
Whether you want your bike considered for an award or just want sweet parking within the festival, make sure to register your bike or scooter. Only those registered can ride in and be on display within the festival boundaries.
Greatly expanded from previous years, our hot rod parking area welcomes classic, antique, muscle and customized cars and trucks. Only those registered will be assigned our limited number of parking spots.
You don’t have to have a bike or car to enjoy all that Motoblot has to offer! Save a few bucks and time at the entry gate by getting your tickets online, in advance.
Attracting over 20,000 attendees annually, the event is nestled in the West Town / Fulton Market neighborhood. This historic area, once the heart of many industrial and retail industries, provides the right amount of grit against the backdrop of the glittering, downtown skyline.
All across Chicagoland and some reaching across the Midwest, fans are getting together to ride into the event together.
Since 2015, Progressive has been a proud sponsor of MOTOBLOT. We applaud their continued support of our rally and moto-community. Adventure Awaits is their magazine of community inspired adventure content and resources.
Representing a diverse range of pin-up styles, our winner takes home the Miss Motoblot title, crown and $1,000 prize. The contest continues to gain U.S. and international recognition and praise.
Carefully curated, moto-centric films that tell unique stories, highlight subcultures and explore social issues are presented. For some of the films, our festival may be their only public or U.S. showing.
The historic Wall of Death is a vintage live action thrill show featuring a silo-shaped wooden cylinder 30 feet in diameter. Inside the drome motorcycle daredevils travel along the vertical wall performing trick, fancy, and acrobatic riding.
